Foster Neville
Durham based Foster Neville declares himself to be 'crap at bios'.
What we know so far, is that Foster is the longest serving chairman of the Society for Italic Handwriting, having replaced Humphrey Lyttleton in an illustrious line that includes Sir John Betjeman etc; he is also one of the founders of one of the largest art collections in a UK university. He had two poetry mentors - Seamus Heaney and Richard Murphy (and was even the recipient of one of Murphy's 'creative head massages'). The Edge Of Destruction grew out of a return to writing poetry and discerning that everything boiled down to rhythm and pitch.
